A Truth About Confidence

What do you believe you need to feel confident in your work? What is missing? What needs to be different? In other words, what’s in the way of current, over-thinking you and future, confident you becoming best friends?

Let me guess...the list is long? Or maybe it’s just one thing - one big, vague, seemingly undefinable thing? All those limiting beliefs - like, who wants to take THOSE on?!

I have good news. You’re not being held back by a mountain of “limiting beliefs”. It’s always only ONE thing and that one thing is the thought you are thinking right now. It’s as manageable and liberating as that. Change one thought at a time, as it comes up, and NOTHING is ever in your way.

Confidence is never about not caring what other people think. It’s only ever caring about what you think about what other people think and taking responsibility for that. You can do all the classes and meditations and enlightenment retreats in the world but if your thinking hasn’t changed, your confidence won’t grow. (This might answer a lot of questions you’ve had).

In The Unstuck Artist, the core guidance is on how to identify the problem thoughts (they’re usually not what you think they are), and knowing how to change them, for real. Class starts Wednesday (tomorrow). I hope you won’t hesitate one more minute to join the community and create the confidence you crave.
